They are fantastic. Once reason we don't take our Toyota there is because of warranties of the Toyota's. We keep the work at the dealership, and they will keep warranty on it, other than that they would do everything that runs.

Brad is great to work with. Upon moving to the Shawnee area a couple of years ago it wasn't easy to find a shop with excellent service at an affordable price. Rod 's Auto fits the bill.

Everything was great from the service standpoint. Routine stuff was done and window was fixed. Then Brad told me that the frame of my Toyota Tacoma truck was rusted, could soon become dangerous and I should bring it in regularly to be sure it was still safe to drive. He told me he could not repair it and I would be hard pressed to find someone that could. After that I contacted Toyota and they subsequently bought my truck back. Brad has always been great -- gets the job done on time, is very honest, explains to me what he has done and always at a very fair price. He is also very knowledgeable -- I had previously called him when I thought I needed the timing belt replaced. After getting one estimate of over $700, I called Rod's -- when I told Brad what vehicle I had, he said my Tacoma didn't have a belt, it had a chain and he charged me practically nothing to look at it. He probably saved me upwards of $650 - I definitely recommend this shop!

We are new to the area and the owner is a neighbor. Talked to him over the weekend and took the first car in on Monday morning. It was done late in the day, so we waited til the next morning to pick it up. Not a problem for them. When we went to pick up the first job, we asked if they had time to look at the other one. They said sure and fixed it that same day too. We are very pleased with the work, the customer service, and the price. We can highly recommend Rod's Auto Service. One vehicle is a 2002 Ford Pickup. The other is a 1995 Ford Explorer.

My car broke down just north of a very busy intersection in Mission. Not only was I stranded. But my cell phone battery was "in the red"...A friend recommended I call Brad @ Rod's Auto,,,It was after 5pm but Brad answered the phone! i explained the sitaution...Phone and all---Brad took care of all the details. Calling the tow service etc. When arriving at Rod's Auto Service...I was shocked to find them still there! I felt like a VIP to say the least. The next day they professionally and accurately fixed the car. The price was reasonable and the work was completed ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Rod's to all! Old fashioned service that goes above abd beyond the "today's norm"!
