Precise Billiards

Since I had to be out of town on the 20th, I arranged to have someone at the house for the crew. At 10:30, they are still a no show. By 11 am, I am starting to panic since so many elements are depending on the crew finishing in three hours, plus my son is waiting at the house on his day off! So, I decide to call. No answer. The owner returns my call and said his worker had to rent another vehicle, as their company vehicle died the night before. He said they were almost there. 11:20, the crew calls me and says the are there. By this time I am upset. However, I wasn't yelling or cursing - I was just upset that the surprise would be ruined. I told the crew they could not expect a good review when they were an hour and half late with no communication on their part. I texted my son to let them in. He says no one is in front of the house or in the driveway. They obviously lied about being at my house at 11:20. Then the owner calls and says that since I won't be giving them a good review, he is cancelling the job! He wasn't going to do everything he could to get the job done quickly, or give me a small discount. Nothing. He said the vehicle dying was out of his control. I told him that calling me to alert me of the time change WAS within his control. He felt like being an hour and a half late was perfectly acceptable and left me with no recourse and no gift for my husband.
Extremely disappointed. I would steer VERY clear of this company for any reason. Customer service is NOT a priority.

It went great. They leveled it perfectly and I am particular with the billiard table to be leveled. They did a very good job. They used good supplies; fabric was nice and tight...buffers put on. I will definitely recommend them.
