We started using them in 2001. There were a couple of years in between where my boys were able to do the lawn maintenance so we didn't use them, but as soon as they left for college we used their help again. I don't think I could give a company a higher rating because they are unbelievably kind, courteous, and professional. There have been times when my sons would say they would be home in the summer, but they'll end up going out of town for two weeks. I could call this company that day, tell them I need help, and they would work me in right away. I've only interacted with the owner because he's the one who always picks up the phone right away when I call or he would return my call promptly. They're just prompt, professional, and super polite. I've even told four or five neighbors about them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
