Incredibly helpful. Cherie figured out what brand of faucet I had after a different plumber looked and said it was a cheap imitation and should be replaced. Highest points for helpfulness and professionalism and trust. Ryan was the technician who came out, not Paul, but Cherie had figured everythning out already over the phone.

The plumber arrived in a timely manner ,  he was very professional and knowledgable,  he took care of the problem quickly .

• the only problem for some customers  might be  that they  don't take credit cards, but that was not a factor for me and they let you know that when you call them.

Paul and his crew were great. He handled the plumbing end of a larger remodel and even recommended the contractor that did the carpentry and finishing end of the project. The combined results were beautiful and still look beautiful and brand new after 5 years of daily use. He made great recommendations all along the way and quickly resolved all of the inevitable minor issues as they popped up. They finished on time and with minimal impact to other parts of our home. We have been friends with Paul and his family for many years but our project in 2010 was our first time hiring his company. We knew we wanted someone highly competent and reliable and we simply couldn't be any happier with the outcome, then or now.

He has come out himself as well as another worker.  He was reasonable and fast.  He also guaranteed his work.  I felt like I would use him again if I had an ongoing problem.  They were very quick and able to state the cost upfront which was reasonable.  They came at a time when they were very busy and I really appreciated that because I really needed the work done.   They could tell you if you really needed something or if you don’t.  He let me know what parts would work and let me know what needed done.  They were very upfront and realistic.  I thought they had a lot of integrity. 

We will be using him once we close!

Great job, done right with proper connections/shut offs so I can use both or just one and pressure tank to ease load on my lines. My old ones were hooked up incorrectly so it heated up two units but wouldn't tap into second unit unless first was used up. Second unit was being heated and heated for nothing. They informed me what a waste that was and it made so much sense. Great to have a company that wants to do what's right with great advice letting me then choose the options. I'd use them again and have used them in the past to replace a toilet for me as well. I recommend them highly.

The work went very smoothly.  Paul's plumbers are all very professional and easy to work with. They are careful in how they do things and always do a thorough clean up. When the job is complete, you would never know they were in your house.  I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I have used their service in the past. It is a very good company. There is a high water pressure in our area and so they installed a device, which helps to relieve the pressure and balance it out to a normal level so that your plumbing does not suffer from it. We were constantly having the parts replaced in our bathroom by various plumbing companies and they were the first group to explain exactly what was going on and why these parts were wearing out so fast. Their price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was good. They responded right away. They were on time. They were very thorough. I do not consider Paul Vielhauer Plumbing service price to be expensive at all and I would not change from them to a cheaper plumber because I think their work is worth of a terrific price. I would use their service in the future too.

PAUL VIELHAUER PLUMBERS ARE PUNCTUAL AND KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF PROBLEMS. I HAVE HAD THEM OUT ON EMERGENCIES AND THEY WERE EVEN PROMPT IN RESPONDING ON A SUNDAY.

THE MEN WERE ON TIME, WERE NEAT AND FINISHED QUICKLY.
