It went very well. We received timely emails giving us information, arrival times, and a picture of the installer which is a big safety factor. Lucas did a fine job of installation and was very helpful. He certainly knows his craft. The new blinds look great. Our sales rep, Denise, did a thorough job when she brought several samples for us to consider. She was prompt, professional, and friendly. This is the second time we have bought window treatments from her - hence, happy repeat clients. I am happy to recommend this company, Denise and Lucas.

This was the first time I used One Stop Decorating for window = treatments. My experience with Nicole was wonderful. She came to the = house and she gave great information on which treatments would work best = in our windows. She was very professional and the treatments look = beautiful. We are very pleased. Lucas was our installer, he was very = professional and had the treatments installed in about 20 minutes! We = would use One Stop again.

Excellent! The design consultant contacted me before my appointment to discuss the type of window coverings I wanted. The samples she brought were exactly what I was looking for. She could tell me exactly how they would fit into the frame. Installation was quick and everything fit perfectly. The installer even moved a couple of the old blinds to windows in the garage.

The folks at One Stop were great to work with coming to our home and presenting us with many good ideas and products. Our sales representative was punctual and friendly and knew her product lines extremely well. Although we had initially wanted a different type of blind, our representative pointed out several reasons why we would need to choose something different for the intended windows. The installer arrived punctually and the installation is perfect. We are very pleased with our purchase and will definitely recommend One Stop Decorating to others.

The blinds look great but the service has been below par. Brian, who does the installations is wonderful but I believe there are some issues with their scheduling department. They showed up two hours late for the initial installation appointment and insisted the time I had was not the correct appointment time even though I had the appointment confirmation email from them. Today (8/29/2016) we had an appointment that I scheduled two weeks ago (8/16/2016) to have one of our blinds fixed as the motor quit working. Once again, I have the confirmation email that the appointment was at 11:30 am and at 11:45 am I called their office as we had not heard anything and no one had showed up. They again insisted that my appointment time was at 1:00 pm even though I had the confirmation email from them. Being that my fiance and I both have jobs, it is difficult to accommodate our schedule as we both work at least 30 minutes from our home. We had to reschedule yet again as we were not prepared for a 1:00 pm appointment and had scheduled our meetings for the day around the fact that we were told via phone and email that our appointment was at 11:30 am. They offered no explanation or provided any information as to why this has happened for a second time. It's unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very well, the representative/designer came to our home. She helped us pick the blinds and then the fabric for the cushion and pillows. When we received the finished product which was delivered on schedule we were extremely happy with the results.

We have a three HUGE living room windows, with separate transoms above each, and the afternoon son is brutal on electricity bills as well as furniture and rugs.  I had honeycomb shades in mind, but Kayla worked with me to find something even better so we could still see out to the golf course.  It's motorized, blends perfectly with the woodwork, and still allows a view while blocking the UV rays.  Cannot recommend OSD highly enough.  This is the third project they've done for us and if I had more projects to give them, I would!  Love working with them!

Kayla came out to our house and she was very good at showing me the options that worked in our budget. She was very professional and so was the installer. We are very happy with our shutters. We wish we wouldn't have waited so long to do. I would highly recommend Kayla and One Stop Decorating. In fact a friend of mine has already had Kayla out and ordered shutters for her house. They accepted the free installation coupon that was on Angie's List at the time.

Nicole help me select hunter dogulas shades. Her advice was practical and she wasn't pushy for sales. This company is very efficient, didn't over sell, and made it easy to make a selection. The services were prompt and no non sense.  The delivered exactly how they said they would.

We looked around a bit and might have found it a bit cheaper if you are willing to go with on-line company, but we liked the in home service: measuring to be sure it was accurate, and bringing books and samples to try at home. Everyone was very helpful.
