Brian and his partner were very professional, and courteous. They worked hard to try fix my old ac unit. He kept me updated as the day went by and told me everything that was going on and what all my options were, what the cost would be etc.
He was able to come back the next day by 1030 with the new ac unit and intall it. I think the high that day was 97. We were all HOT.
But Brian got our ac up and running and we were cool by 6pm!

They initially came out to repair my furnace and air conditioner and did an excellent job with that. If I had to buy a new system I'd go through Modern-Air because I trust them. Every time they come to my home, I feel like I'm getting a bargain. They come on time, are clean, and respect my property.
