Mission Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has been in business in Shawnee, Kansas since 1978. We specialize in residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning repairs to all brands. We are factory trained and have the nationally recognized NATE certification for your peace of mind that you have contacted a certified professional. We offer 24 hour emergency service for plumbing, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers scheduled maintenance plans on your existing system and system replacement with Lennox and Trane furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, Honeywell and Lennox thermostats and control systems and Aprilaire humidifiers. All of our pricing is “Up Front” pricing so you know what the total cost of any work before you authorize any job to be done. We have been using them for many years and we have been happy with their services. They always come out in case of emergency even during the weekends. The owner's son is in the AC wholesale business. Our AC compressor was not working so they replaced the entire AC and they didn?t charge us anything for that.

One of the AC units failed and the guy who originally installed it couldn?t back it up because of his financial situation. I had a bad experience with him, as he didn?t fix my unit. Even though the unit was under warranty, I had to fund him the money for him to go and get the unit from the supplier. That?s when my warranty people asked me to use Mission Heating and Air Conditioning Company. My neighbor also uses them. Most of the work done was under warranty. They are good and are very reliable. They have been around for a long time. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Great! Everything happened on time. I was selling a home and had an inspector recommend a Freon recharge at about $250 to get performance up to speed. Mission checked and indicated that all I needed was a cleaning, for $85. They could have just done what was prescribed for a higher amount! I give them high marks.

THE TWO MEN WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE. THEY HAVE A GREAT HOURLY LABOR RATE THAT I COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO MATCH. I AM A YOUNG WOMAN WHO LIVES ALONE AND I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH OF THE EMPLOYEES.
