They painted the house and replaced some windows. The caulking they used started to peel in less than 3 months time. They said they would remedy the issue when the weather was nicer. They never did come back to remedy the issue after contacting them a few times over a year period.

I can't believe all the positive review for this company. But seeing as how all of them are 2+ years old it seems their work has gone straight downhill. We needed the exterior of our home painted, wood rot repair, 2 doors installed and one window installed. The work that we were told would be completed in one week ended up being completed FIVE WEEKS later. Every single thing this company touched needed to be fixed (sometimes more than once) because it was done incorrectly. Just careless work done quickly that they did not care how it looked or if it was right. The 2 exterior doors they installed had to be fixed 3 different times because they were never installed correctly and we are still having issues with them several weeks after the install was done. We had to constantly remind Miguel about things that needed to be done 3 and 4 times (simple things like replacing screws they removed and even just getting them to put screws in straight). We are still waiting for them to come and touch up some wood that they nicked when replacing the door trim. They conveniently "forgot" it when they came by to pick up payment. We asked that they come back to do it but I know we'll never see them again. Basically they just want to work quickly and do sloppy work and want their money no matter how unsatisfied the customer is. They installed a storm door completely incorrectly and when we asked them to fix it we were told that it's not their problem because we provided the door (which was the correct size). They also picked up debris as clean up was included in the bid but we discovered they left several large items for us to deal with. When we asked them to haul the rest of the debris away we were told that they were not going to do that because they hauled everything else away without charging us. I still don't understand that. If it's on the bid (clean up) then you do it. If haul away was something they charge for then include it on the bid. Don't just do half of it for "free" and then leave the rest without even telling us. Just horrible business practice. My advice....STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company. Now we are paying more money in the long run because we have to pay someone else to come fix the issues their poor work created.

Our exterior paint job still looks great! Miguel and crew were professional, and the results are beautiful. They had to repair a few window sills when they discovered wood rot, and the repairs were done so well we can't tell the new from the originals. Very pleased.

The service was fantastic. Miguel was the most accommodating and professional contractor we've worked with in a long time. We wanted to provide the paint which was no issue (40% off at Sherwin Williams at the time - his recommendation). We also had a very interesting travel schedule which he was able to work with and still complete the job on time. We call Miguel now for more than just paint!

They were professional, clean, and did the best job anyone has ever done painting my house.  I would recommend them in a second to anyone needing this service.
