LeAnne's Cabinets

This has been a very disappointing experience. I was pretty patient with the 3 missed appointments resulting from poor communication. Communication is a real weak point with this company. I was hoping that the final product would be worth the inconvience but sadly it was not. The prep work was rushed and sloppy leaving many particles ,rough surfaces, thumb prints and drips in the paint finish. Some of the paint is bubbling up due to poor prep. I don't expect the paint to stay put for long in several places. I will no doubt have to spend more money to make this right if that is possible.The workmen who came were hard working and pleasant but I feel the skill exhibited was not of a highly professional level. Or perhaps they were just too rushed. I asked for some touch ups and adjustments of hinges on crooked doors but was left with several doors just hanging crooked in a different way and more dings in the paint. The other thing that surprised me was the lack of clean up after the job. Screws, utility blades, many bits of trimmed wood left in my house and on my driveway. I caught my cat playing with the exposed blade utility knife. And then there was the half eaten lunch left in my microwave. When all the work was finished, I indicated that I would like to meet and discuss possible touch ups but all has gone silent because I made the mistake of honoring my commitment to pay when the final days work was complete. It just makes me mad everytime I find another imperfection. I should have read the BBB reports before I started. Save your money for new cabinets. This was far too pricey for the quality of work delivered. Pride in workmanship is evidently a thing of the past.
