We are a family run business that has been completing interior painting and exterior painting projects for friends and families for over 20 years. We enjoy working with people and watching house transformations so we have made it our passion to share our experiences with others. As a representation of what drives us, we named our business after the initials of our children. We would love to share our knowledge and experience and take pride in each and every one of our painting projects. We look forward to being a part of your upcoming make-over!

Wonderful! Working with Brian and Mandy is so easy. They make the process as smooth as possible. We have used them twice now to do some interior painting for us and will be using them again to do the exterior of our house.

LAK was a great company to work with! The owners were approachable and provided a thorough estimate so we knew exactly what to expect. Their crew was prompt everyday and did an excellent job. We love our new exterior color and are very happy with the finish result! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Mandy & Brian were great since the minute we met. So personable & such great customer service. This is not a contractor you call only to not get a return call back or get pushed back on a job for weeks. We hired them to paint the exterior of our house & our kitchen cabinets. George & his crew showed up on time, professional & such hard workers. They touched up on things I didn’t even know needed touching up! The process was so smooth & well done I kept adding projects as they were here. They ended up also painting my 1/2 bath (vanity, ceiling & walls) & my kitchen walls. It’s the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever seen. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great communication & ample walk throughs until the customer is satisfied. ?? ??

I am so impressed with the work done by LAK Painting. These guys did an exceptional job! They were referred by a friend and I knew immediately after the consult that I was the most confident with this company over all other bids. It was a big project and they delivered perfection. Fernando and Caesar were so friendly, efficient, professional. They actually did more detail work than initially planned just to ensure the house looked great! I was so appreciative. LAK was so awesome that nearly every neighbor I have came over to ask me about it because they were impressed with the final product and the speed at which it was delivered. Two of my neighbors have already had LAK out to paint their houses. Their quote was better than any of the four other companies I had quote the job, and the professionalism they displayed during the project was impressive. I have recommended them highly, and I will continue to do so.

We had them repair wood rot issues and paint the whole exterior of the house. It was a great experience start to finish. Got started early while we were out of town and finished finished quickly. The owners even helped the crew finish some punch list items the last day and did thorough walkthroughs with us to ensure satisfaction. All at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates!

LAK Painting did a fantastic job on the exterior painting of our home. They have awesome communication, discussed the progress with us each day, kept the site spotless when leaving everyday, took great care with our surroundings including our lights And our home looks fabulous. Many several neighbors have commented on how great it looks. All for a great and fair price. Super personable people. We would use them again for anything. Highly recommend.

LAK did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house! Communication was quick and professional, the house was thoroughly cleaned, scraped, and prepped. The overall job was quick but thorough and well done. The paint on house, trim, shutters, railing — seriously made our house transform and look new and fresh again! Pricing was neither the cheapest nor most expensive estimate that we had received but well worth the results. We would definitely recommend LAK Painting!
