I was referred to this company by my insurance company after i had sewer back up in my basement. I had already had another estimate from another company that quoted $1,496. Kramer restoration completed the job for $515.12. They were great to work with. Very honest people!

They had to replace the rubberized padding and dry the carpet. They only charged me for 2 days of drying because of a small mistake, I thought that was very nice. Also, they replaced 2 ceiling tiles that had been water-stained for no charge.
They were very professional, and they even put covers over their shoes so they didn't track up the floor.
