Excellent service. Shane came out to fix a cracked window glass. Shane Kirk (company owner) came out the next day again to address a concern that I had regarding a draft at the window where he changed out the glass. He showed me that he did in fact do the work correctly and that there were problems with the window mechanism causing the draft and not the window glass itself. He spent a lot of time fixing that and did not charge for it. He is a very personable and customer-service minded on top of being very price competetive. He should be a top consideration for anyone in need of window work.
