 + -1 moreCalled him and discussed problem I was having. Brought him the tower and he assisted with replacing it. Also helped get wireless keyboard. Assisted with set up over the phone. Explains the problems very thoroughly. Reasonable charges. Willing to work with you to problem solve over the phone as much as reasonable.
