Independent Integration

I got quotes from several different companies and decided to go with Chris. After finally getting a date that worked for both of us we finally got together. He arrived early and got started. Work went as planned and he got done early and everything was working well. A few weeks later part of the system failed. A quick email to Chris and the system was fixed. Any hiccup with the system since, all it has taken is a quick email or phone call and Chris has gotten it taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend him. He is professional and knowledgeable about all the systems he sells.

We have an old Rittenhouse Intercom system. Overtime the tuner had started to have periods of static and the 2 outside speakers had quit working completely. Chris was helpful and informative beginning with our first contact. He came out to evaluate our problems and then responded promptly with suggestions and a plan. He gave us options and explained what he could, and couldn't do, to fix our system. He did quite a bit of research on the front end to try and give us the best outcome possible. In the end, Chris ordered and replaced the 2 outside speakers, which also has almost eliminated entirely the static problem. Chris was knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely use his services again.

Chris Bailey came out to the house and identified the problem with my ancient intercom system in minutes and provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair assuming he can find the part. He then spent over an hour helping me sort out two rooms of audio including a surround sound system. He checked multiple speakers throughout the home as well as outdoors, traced them to their origination point (which was a battery of outbound plugs that I could never figure out) and then labeled them for me for future reference. He gave me advice on how to upgrade my basement theater system and his advice included how I could do it without any help from him or any other professional audio contractor although I plan to use his service for a portion of it anyway. There are many areas of my home that I will need help from a pro media team and I will definitely call Chris at Independent Integration every time!

Chris set up the appointment in short order and arrived on time, completed all the work in a friendly and professional manner, patiently explained the various components, and assured us that if we had any questions or concerns, that we were to call. When I contacted Chris with a question, he was friendly, quickly took care of the question, coming to the house to make sure everything was clear. I have total confidence in Chris' work and would call on him to do any type of job. He is a person of quality, his prices are reasonable, and he wants the customer to be happy with the job he's done.

This was our first time at having a custom home built. The guys at Independent Integration did an excellent job of asking me questions and giving me insightful options throughout the process. I was very impressed with their knowledge that went well beyond just what they were working on. A custom home can lead to a lot of challenging situations with numerous people working on things at the same time. They did an excellent job of working with the other contractors as well as overcoming, and working through, roadblocks with a postive / can-do attitude.
