Visited the store to examine the options. We decided the GE 12 year warrantee best suited our needs. We then called 1-800-homedepot and asked for water heaters. We were immediately transferred to AB May the local installer. The were easy to deal with. The installer arrived on time and took care of everything in a prompt, thorough and professional manner. We were quite pleased with the entire experience. There was a follow up phone call from Home Depot to get input for their customer satisfaction report. Based on this experience we are confident that Home Depot is where we will continue to shop.

When they installed the first two doors, it was wonderful.  The guy came and I already had my storm doors so all they had to do was put up the door and I was real pleased with them.  However, with the last door that they installed from my family room to my basement, I got a little crack on top, I called them about it, and I haven’t heard from them yet.  I am not happy about that, I am getting ready to go out of town so I am not going to deal with that until I get back.  Overall, the experience was fine.  I haven’t checked the prices with other companies so I am assuming that they are comparable.  I went to them because I could charge it on my Home Depot card, and pay it over eighteen months, which was a pretty good offer, but I got paid off before the eighteen months.  They have not been responsive about my last door, I don’t know if it is the installers or it is Home Depot not calling them.  When they came, they were here on spot.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I requested them not to take my old doors away because I donated them.

Bought heater from Home Depot. A.B. May did install. Curtis from A.B. May was very good quick and very professional. Price was a bit of a sticker shock. Hadn't bought heater in years.

THEY CAME OUT THE WEEK WE ORDERED IT, AND MEASURED TO MAKE SURE WE HAD REQUESTED THE CORRECT SIZE. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT WEEK, AND REMOVED THE OLD DOOR, AND REPLACED IT WITH AN INSULATED VINYL ONE. THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED WITH ME CHANGING SIZE AND COLORS OF CARPET FOR EACH ROOM. THE CARPET DEPT. AT HOME DEPOT STAYS ON TOP OF THINGS AND WAS ALWAYS PROMPT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

THE SALES PEOPLE WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY. PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE APPLIANCES AND THEY DELIVERED ON THE DATE THEY PROMISED.

THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND PUNCTUAL, BUT AFTER THEY LEFT WE NOTICED GAPS BETWEEN THE NEW DOORS AND THE GARAGE. THEY WERE HAPPY THAT THE GARAGE WAS CLEARED OUT.

THE WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS. VERY NICE PEOPLE, AND QUICK!
