They did an excellent job.  Three young men worked extremely h****** a two story house with100+ year old windows and storms. One of the storm windows had a previous crack and the crack worsened when they removed it.  They said it was their fault "due to mishandling" and would have it repaired at their cost and clean and replace it without my having to be at home.  Will definitely use them again!

They washed 18 windows. They did a good job. The price was good. They came in on time.

I had given instructions that lower basement doors were behind locked gate, but that I would leave the gate unlocked. I arrived home just as the contractor was starting to wash the windows but left before he was finished. Some of the windows were not cleaned good and the basement doors were not even touched.I tried to call the company, got the answering service, so I paid only half the bill and left an e-mail message that I would pay the rest if the job were finished. The owner called me after several days, said he had been out of town, etc., etc., etc., and they came back and cleaned again.

Work was completely satisfactory. Price was very appropriate for the work.

Gary called back quickly and came to the house the afternoon I called to give us an estimate, which was great. However, we were not completely pleased with the work of the person he sent to clean our windows. Overall, it was good, but many details were neglected. After he left, I noticed that one main floor large kitchen window had dried streaks running down it and another screened window next to it had a big streak/smudge on the outside, which really showed up when the sun came through. My husband noticed that he didn't clean the sticky soot off the window sills and he did not latch the screens back in place. I had to vacuum around several windows to clean up the paint chippings knocked off during cleaning. He also left the back gate open, which would have been a tragedy for our dog, had I not gone to the backyard to do something else before I let her out and discovered it.

Chris was one of the most professional workers that I have had to the house. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely have him back.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED HOA WINDOW WASHING CO. THE COMPANY IS DEPENDABLE, OFFERS VERY FAIR AND COMPETITIVE PRICES, AND PERFORMS QUALITY WORK. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WILL CALL THEM ANNUALLY FOR WINDOW CLEANING.
