 + 1 moreI use him all the time. He is reliable. If I have an emergency and he can squeeze me in, it is going to happen. He does good work. He is very reasonable and I trust him. I've been using him for 6 or 7 years for my 4 properties. I've met him once. He does drywall and dry rot. He used to work on home construction.
Description of Work: There was a leak in the master bedroom and it went through to the kitchen. A plumber fixed it and he redid the drywall and took the staining off and redid it so the ceiling in the kitchen was smooth and good again.
