The company had to reschedule last minute due to an equipment issue, but made sure to accommodate our desire to have the carpets cleaned before our furniture was moved in. The owner did the work himself and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was much more affordable than the other company we considered using.

I am having a big party for my son's graduation on Saturday. When I called, they suggested that I wait until Friday. I was, a bit nervous about the drying time. But by the time they left, the carpet was already drying.(no overspray). They were a little late but it was because they were in an accident, and came anyway. How many companies do you know that kind of dedication?
Bob really knows about the chemistry of carpet cleaning. I did not even have to point out my spots. They brought in a black light to search for spots. WOW! He used special sprays for the dog spots, and other sprays for the other spots. One guy went behind him, pointing out if he missed any spots. The urine smell is totally gone! My husband wrote the check. I asked him how much it was, he could not remember. When he brought me in the invoice, I thought it as a mistake. I would have paid double that price.

We called Guaranteed based off a referral from another member on Angie's List. We were amazed at the professionalism shown in an industry that is not known for this. Brad, the owner, came out for more of a personal approach to take a look at our carpet issues and concerns. He listened very well and took in account all of the spots and stains we showed him. We were very satisfied with the price as we knew ahead of time what to expect. The two technicians came out a few days later and were such nice mannered young men. They used all sorts of protective equipment to guard our furniture and corners. They cleaned and dried the carpets on this service appointment. The cleaning was for around 3 rooms plus a living area and of course the mentioned spots (that came out). Our carpets look fantastic to this day and they even called a few days later to make sure of that. We referred our church friends and they called us today to tell us how pleased they were with Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning. In a world that has lost its manners and professional touch, Brad and his crew were able to bring back the old fashioned approach to business,. They will get my business from here on in. Thank you guys 5 stars!

The cleaning is always done to my satisfaction and the crew is always professional and friendly but they could use some improvement with scheduling. I can be flexible if only they would call me to tell me they're running late.

I do personally remember this home and was onsite mid cleaning with Zachary to ensure he was addressing the areas to be cleaned. I am always very careful about overpromising on stain removal because although some stains can be removed with ease , we never know what has taken place since the stain was down or the stain resistance of the fiber to be cleaned. I greatly apologize for not living up to your expectations and promise if the issues addressed in your review were brought to my attention after our follow up I would have personally came out and cleaned them myself. We did not name our service "Guaranteed" for just any reason. We guarantee all of our cleaning services to ensure your satisfaction based only on your perception. We used Guaranteed for our daughters home this month as an early birthday present. Brad and Zack [technicians] went out of their way to make us happy. The quality was very good and the dry time was even faster because of the added fan they used after each room. They really made a great impression on my son in law with how clean his office was after the cleaning. Price was right as well.

The appointment was made and someone from the company called me to let me know the service man would be late as his previous job took longer than expected. The serviceman arrived when he was expected (the later time) and got to wrok. I have 2 dogs and he was a dog lover (a real plus!) so he helped me move some furniture to block the dogs in the kitchen and keep them out of his way. He got to work and completed everything in less than 2 hours! The phone estimate was lower than the actual cost (I think they could do a little better atestimating costs, but it was less than $50 more-not a huge amount. He did a great job-everything looks wonderful and after also having someone clean our drapes (another company) and my husband cleaned the rest of the carpets in the entire house-we were clean enough for the in-laws (his parents) to visit for the holidays! I would call them again to clean whatever Imay need to have cleaned in the future! Thanks!

I called Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning on Tues. 12/20 hoping to get a last minute carpet cleaning before Christmas but not with really high expectations. The lady who answered the phone said that they had appointments available for both Wed 12/21 and Thurs 12/22. Because we were getting our house cleaned on Wed., I chose the 12/22 appointment. Long story short, at the appointed time, my doorbell rang...but he was a day early!!! It was Wednesday!!! I expained to the serviceman (Zack) that he was early and that I was not ready for him, but after some deliberating, decided to let him do the cleaning rather than come back the next day...provided he helped me move some furniture and pick up some things. Needless to say, it was something of a Chinese Fire Drill for a couple of hours with people tripping over each other, hoses and my freaked out dog.
All in all, Zack did a good job, the carpet looks great and dried quickly. It was stressful having different people needing different things at different times in different parts of the house, but in the end, it worked out well...it gave me time to finish my Christmas shopping on Thursday.

I liked their availability to schedule with short notice. The carpet did not dry as quickly they had thought so they brought fans out to dry the carpet. They were professional, fast and I will use them again in the future.

Great Services and Professional Demeanor! We hired Brad and Zack to do a clean up for a water restoration job we had. They had our basement dry in no time and we were lucky to have them on our side when it came to dealing with the insurance adjusters! We hired them again after the first service for a home carpet cleaning upstairs. They performed a cleaning on our upholstered sofa as well. I can't say enough about this company and there excellent customer service. We will use them for many other projects in the future.

They were on time. They were extremely nice and did a very good job. I have two dogs and a cat that leave lots of hair and dirt. It now looks like a brand new carpet. They did an excellent job.

He came in and walked through the spaces with my husband, and explained what he would do. My carpets had not been cleaned in many years, they were very dirty. Not all stains came up, but most did. The carpet was stretched out in many places, and it looks so much better. He sprayed extra cleaner on the high traffic areas. He warned all family members about the slipperyness while the presoak was working. He was amazing with my special needs son, taking extra time to explain what was happening as he worked. These people are utmost professionals, yet family friendly. I will be cleaning other rooms in my home, and will definitely call them back. When he told me how much it would be, I thought I did not hear him correctly. I have had my carpets cleaned many years ago for much more, and they were not as clean. We have 2 dogs, and many accidents, the smell is totally gone. This company is a keeper!!!

The owner is Brad Page. He does a really good job on my old carpets and he tells me how to take care of them. He is very responsive. I've been using him for the last 2 or 3 times that I've had my carpet cleaned. He gets things out that I thought you would never be able to get out. The carpets look new.

Guaranteed came out on time and did a fantastic job. My carpet was pretty bad and they were able to perform magic. They worked methodically and were very professional young men. I will definetley be reffering them. ( hense this review )
