Glen was prompt and courteous from the beginning. He provides outstanding customer service. While the cost was good, the finished product was well worth it. We liked this company because they provide a complete complement of services in remodeling. I highly recommend this company.

Gary stayed in communication with me from the time we scheduled until the project was finished. We rescheduled a few times just due to weather and he continued to stay on top of finding a day with good weather to complete the project.
We will use Gary again in the future.

Glen met me at my house and spent time to learn what I wanted to accomplish. My basement is too cold in the winter for me to work projects. My basement doors were original to my 1956 house and Glen recommended changing those out as a first step. This required extra work to deconstruct the doors which were built with 1956 construction methods and place new pre-hung insulated doors. They look great and function fully.
Next we talked about my budget for closing off the room. I found Glen trustworthy enough to tell him what I had to work within. He went back and gave me several options. His numbers were good and fair to both of us. I didn’t want cheap work and I found the prices to be reasonable for professional work. I rated good on price rather than excellent simply because it was as it
should be – good for both us.
The final room construction work is excellent. It looks professionally done. I requested reusing a window I had and a door I had so I could have some natural light in the new room. Glen’s team had to build the threshold for the door and rebuild the trim on the old window. It required true craftsmanship and it looks great!
His team was professional and pleasant. They cleaned everything up.
The services and work were captured in a written contract which I appreciated so we both knew what to expect. The contract includes warranty language, insurance and workers compensation laws language, and estimated time to complete. Even though my job was small, I appreciated the thoroughness.
Glen was very focused on my job from start to finish. He communicates very well and wanted to be sure I understood what he was going to do on his end so no surprises for me.
If I decide on further work, I’ll definitely be looking to Glen Mock Construction.

"Nice job describing the work that we did. I appreciate the comment you made about the price. Of course we like to see all (A) ratings but you bring up a good point that the price is good & fair for both parties. Quality work does cost a little more so again your comment that the price was good not excellent makes good sense. I have found that through the years of doing construction that you get what you pay for. Keeping in mind that I too as a general contractor have to hire sub contracted work. I never hire my sub contractors based off of price but rather reputation and quality of work.I look forward to working with you again in the future."

My experience with Glen Mock Construction LLC was fine. I did have a few small issues with their work, but I would probably use them in the future.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. Glen is a good communicator, is well organized and professional and supplies the best tradesmen at competitive rates. Even though the job started one day late, everything went very smoothly and finished ahead of schedule and below budget. I was also given advice on the best way to paint my new walls for a top quality finish. The work was completed to a high standard, I have no complaints, and believe me I can be very fussy! I have already asked for another estimate on future work.

Glen gave great attention to detail, was absolutely fastidious in executing plans, was creative in addressing design problems in the remodeling, and was transparent in the billing process. The standard of the work he did was very high, and that, combined with timely execution, made his company a joy to work with. The tile work was beautifully laid on the diagonal on the floor and lovely pattern in the shower. Glen is aware of costs, tries to give an allowance reasonable for tile and faucet selections. We did choose items over budget which escalated the cost but the look turned out spectacular. I would definitely recommend this company .They do not jump from job to job, they will stick with you until the job is complete -.our bathrooms looks spectacular! Glen will address any issue that arises and resolve it They show up when they say they will and one worker does most of the work so you do not have an entire team in your home- a nice advantage!
