FRYER'S ELECTRONICS

He was very nice. He did try to fix our old television. But, he didn't seem very organized. He had a shop about the size of a closet. I don't know how he found anything in it. I'm sure he has done a lot of good for a lot of people. But, he told us he couldn't fix our TV. We were given an advice by somebody we talked to. They suggested another company within our local area, here in Kansas city. We took it to them and they fixed it very, very quickly and it's still working. We would have, based on his advice, thrown it away. It's an old television. But they fixed it. So, I wasn't happy with him. I don't think he charged us anything. His shop is often closed. So, you end up standing outside, knocking on the door. That was frustrating too, to have your TV loaded in the car and go to a shop and he is not there. But, he was always reachable by cell phone. He was very scatterbrained. I think he has been doing it for a long time. Poor guy needs to retire. He just didn't seem knowledgeable about our particular television. He should have said so and we would have went on our way.

He is very reasonable and is very willing to work with me and other people as far as pricing.  He's just a very good person!

Excellent Service - came out on a Saturday to fix my 50" Plasma TV. He was courteous, very knowledgable, had all the parts needed and completed service in one call - all other repair shops were quoting a week and I had to bring it in. I'd definitely use Fryer again and recommend him!
