FOLEY'S LAWN CARE

I am scheduled for every other Wednesday lawn service for my duplex. I would never know for sure what tiem they would be there and had to pen up the dogs and unlock the gate all day. Ok tolerable. Lastw eek was my week. Friday no one had come by and I emailed. John said they were a day behind due to Memorial Day. OK but again, then they should have been by on Thursday. I emailed at 5pm and asked if he would eb able to get to me. He said someone didn't show up for work and if he didn't see me Friday he would get me first thing Saturday morning. No call, no show, no email. Now it is another Wednesday, not my week, but it has been 3 weeks since he mowed. The grass is quite tall. I decided to check into other companies and emailed him politely that I would find another company. Here is his email reply: "sorry to hear that but that's what happens to every other week customers. When the grass gets to be that tall due to trying to save a few bucks it becomes less of a priority."

John does high quality work, maintaining a regular schedule for our lawn mowing and communicating with us about additional yard maintenance (e.g., the over seeding) without making us ask.
