Edwards Homes and Renovation

Edwards Homes and Renovation, previously Edwards Design Company, was signed to remodel our master bathroom. Took our first payment and then became near impossible to reach. When we finally was able to contact them and arrange our start it still poor communication. We never could get a solid answer as to when our supplies were order or even what was ordered. When they did start the work it was so poor shoddy we ended firing them when they messed up our hot water. Once we fired them we asked for a return of the unused funds that we paid. They stated that they spent our money on other projects and there were declaring bankruptcy. I would not recommend Chris or Candace Edwards to anyone and I would be leery of providing any money upfront. You need to do a thorough background check on them. Look them up in Johnson County Court records.
