I woke up Sunday with the temp. in my house at 55 and out door temp at 15. Placed my call and they were to my house by 10:00 AM.My furnace was up and going before my 15 guest arrived for lunch at 1:00PM.

He has been doing this for a long time. It has been years since he has done major work for us, but he is always dependable and promptly gets right to it if we have a real problem. We did not spend anything the last time we used him because it was covered under the service contact we have with him. We spend $190 for the service contract for a year.

He is a small man. We couldn't find out how to vent the rust so that the carbon monoxide could go out and that's when I called him. He is the only man in the city who knew how to vent our carbon monoxide. He is not a huge place. He didn't take any money. He just came and made it livable for us. He was a great guy. I would definitely tell people to call him as he knew what he was doing when no one else could. It was fantastic what he knew. He extended a pipe over our three level house and the pipe for the venting was too small and they didn't go over the roof so we kept getting carbon monoxide in which he fixed. He was very nice.

He's been terrific. We've had him for 13 years. We have a maintenance agreement with him. It's twice a year for $192.88.
