They were responsive and worked to quickly find a time and date that the services could be completed. This was helpful and we were able to have one less thing to be concerned about.

I have been carrying around the contact information for Crime Scene Cleaners for several years. Once Covid-19 hit, I was added to the Covid Response Team. I was asked to schedule bio-cleaning for locations where employees tested positive for Covid-19. Luckily, I had held onto the CS Cleaner's contact info, in case I needed it. We scheduled a meet and greet. Jeremy has was very informative. Since then, Jeremy has been very helpful and responsive. All of my calls to him have been late in the day, or on weekends... as we requested cleanings after-hours. Jeremy has been extremely accommodating. Jeremy has been very dependable, and has never let me down. Our entire organization has been very pleased with the Customer Service that Crime Scene Cleaners has provided over the past five months. We feel we have built a strong bond between CS Cleaners and our business. We feel that they would be there for us in any emergency.
