 + -1 moreNot only was the work in the addition shabby but the work related to the main structure was as well. The result is that we have had to have do repairs and replacements that have totaled in cost at least 25% of the project. This work was completed about 12 years ago and we are still living with the bad work. Every time we have to spend more money it makes us mad.
Description of Work: He built an addition for us and did some work in the existing home.

 + -1 moreJOB WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ''COMPLETED'' IF WE HAD NOT SERVED AS OUR OWN GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN COORDINATING (SHAMING) THE SUB-CONTRACTORS INTO FINISHING THE WORK. HE STILL HAS NOT PAID SOME OF HIS SUB-CONTRACTORS. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED SIX MONTHS AGO, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED THE JOB, ALTHOUGH HE WAS PAID IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Description of Work: CORKER CONSTRUCTION WAS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND VERY HARD WORKING MEN. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME.
