Not only was the work in the addition shabby but the work related to the main structure was as well. The result is that we have had to have do repairs and replacements that have totaled in cost at least 25% of the project. This work was completed about 12 years ago and we are still living with the bad work. Every time we have to spend more money it makes us mad.

HAVE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ON THIS CONTRACTOR'S WORK. NEW COMPLAINT IN THAT CONTRACTOR REFUSES TO HONOR THE WARRANTY AND TO REMEDY DEFECTS IN ORIGINAL WORK.

WORKERS VERY PROFESSIONAL & POLITE, APPEARED VERY COMPETENT. WORKMANSHIP VERY GOOD, HOWEVER WORK TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS WITH HOUSE TORN UP VS WEEK AS QUOTED. PRICE WAS ALSO GOOD PERCENTAGE.

JOB WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ''COMPLETED'' IF WE HAD NOT SERVED AS OUR OWN GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN COORDINATING (SHAMING) THE SUB-CONTRACTORS INTO FINISHING THE WORK. HE STILL HAS NOT PAID SOME OF HIS SUB-CONTRACTORS. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED SIX MONTHS AGO, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED THE JOB, ALTHOUGH HE WAS PAID IN A TIMELY MANNER.

OVERALL, JOHN CORKER WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. AFTER THE JOB WAS 95% COMPLETED, IT WAS A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT TO GET HIM TO RETURN PHONE CALLS.
