A friend recommended Michael and when I looked him up on-line I was happy to see he was well rated on Angies list.  I called him and was able to drop off my lap top at his home that same day, I  picked  it up about 4 days later - He also makes house calls, but lives near me in Shawnee, so I took the computer to him so he could repair it at his home during the snow storms. I am sure if I had needed my computer sooner he would have had it done sooner.  The computer runs great now. He gave me a discount being a new customer and a senior citizen.  The $300 he charged was very reasonable. I will happily use Michael Brown and Computer Quandary again.

MICHAEL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT, ANSWERING ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS TO THIS COMPUTER ILLITERATE PERSON. THE HOURLY RATE WAS THE SAME AS 3 OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CALLED. MICHAEL WAS THE FIRST PERSON THAT I TALKED TO AND SPENT THE MOST TIME DISCUSSING MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS PRIOR TO HIRING HIS SERVICES.
