It was inexpensive and it was done very well. Also it was very timely and they cleaned up well.

Water had gotten in and it had weakened. I drove home one night and one giant limb had fallen exactly between my house and my next door neighbor?s house. It was a lucky miss. They came the next day morning and chipped it off. There are 3 major branches of the trunk. During the night the second one had been swept and was braced against another tree. They took those two out. They came back in December and took the rest of the tree down and ground it down. They did pretty good work. They were a little expensive but I needed to get that done. When they came in July and took down the 2 big limbs, I spent about $600. I spent another $1300 when they took the rest of the tree down. It was one of those trees that somebody planted and did not think about it growing large. They ground the stump down the same day. I recall an incident when my mother had a deal with someone to remove a tree. They removed the tree and said that they would come back to grind down the stump but did not come back. Citywide Tree Service was not cheap but they did not drop anything on my house or the neighbor's house. They were very responsive. They were punctual. I called them that night and they were here in the morning. That was good. The tree was leaning precariously. I did not realize how scary it was in the night. They seemed to know what they were doing. I did not hear them swearing or anything like that. I will use this company again depending on what I need to get done. If it is to take down a tree I will use them but if it is for something else I will probably check around first. I will take an estimate from them.

The scheduling for the project went well, and we were able to get an appointment easily. I wanted it to get done sooner than expected, and they came out when I asked them to. They came and removed the tree and ground the stump. The workers did well, and were able to finish in good time.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOOD.
