Carpets R Us

After having our basement flood due to a broken water pipe, we used an excellent company through Angie's List (Certified Water and Mold) to dry out our carpet and walls. They did an excellent job, but we were then left to find new carpet padding and have our old carpeting re stretched. I went to several retail locations and called several places listed through Angie's List, but I was not satisfied with the prices and/or response I received from them, and I found myself calling Ryan, whom I found on Craig's List. Ryan was very helpful over the phone and asked many questions about the water incident that none of the other companies had bothered to ask. His prices were also extremely reasonable AND he was able to come to our home on a weekend only days after calling him. He arrived on time and completed the work very well, even taking extra precautions for me because I am pregnant. I really appreciated his kind attitude and respect for our home. He expressed to us that his company also does many other types of work, including granite countertops, hard-wood floor repairs, etc. and we will be calling him again when we are ready to get some work done on our kitchen.
