"On the member's original order, what he was quoted and charged matched exactly. The agreed upon payment and payment method, that the member agreed to, made the payment due in full at the time the order was placed. There were other payment options available. On the original order the manufacturer sent 2 blinds to us 1” shorter than ordered. We left those up and informed the member that the manufacturer would be sending replacement blinds and we would be returning the 2 that were sent too short back to the manufacturer. Before the 2 new replacement blinds came in the member's dog chewed the 2 blinds that were too short as well as 2 other blinds. There would now be a charge to replace the 4 blinds his dog chewed. When we installed the replacement blinds the member gave the installer a check for half the price of the 4 blinds his dog had chewed. That was on June 2, 2010. After several phone calls, the member agreed to send a check for the balance. We had still not received a check by August 2010, so yes, we left several messages and were finally paid September 13, 2010."
