 + -1 moreI contacted the company for an estimate of carpet to be installed and after making an appointment to be at my house the following day he never showed up and called to make another appointment for Saturday at 3:00p. he showed up at 5:00 and I did not answer the door since he was late to this appointment. He kept telling me that his schedule was overbooked and that he kept forgetting the appointments that were made with me. I firmly believe that if you are in charge of your own schedule and you can't keep your appointments lined up there is only one person that is at fault for that and that is you! I would never recommend nor hire this company for any type of job.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good work. They were quick. The sheet beds were done very well. They did a fast and thorough job. They weren?t careless. There was no problem at all. The charge included some of the furniture moving but most of it I did it myself.
Description of Work: Randy McWilliams Carpet & Flooring Installation installed sheet beds in the kitchen area and carpeted the rest of the house which is a three bedroom house.
