They are just very prompt and very pleasant to work with. They are manageable and outstanding. We just started using them this year after being a member of Homes Association that expanded, so we were very pleased with the way they take good care of it.
The entire area was left clean and very pretty.

"Mrs. [MEMBER NAME REMOVED], Thanks for taking the time to post a nice review. For over 20 ++ years, my company has continually serviced the metro KC area. We have been providing year round, customer service at reasonable pricing focusing on quality and dependability. Thanks again and we look forward to helping you in the future. Jerry Boresow, owner"
"I have been in business for 20 yrs + and I always take care of the customer. We began servicing this account in August of 2007 and stopped in March of 2009. We did lawn mowing, clean up work, bed maintenance & mulching here. The total dollar amount spent over this entire span was $3,104.38. In regards to us ripping out her gardens, my guys were doing her general bed maintenance, weeding, etc. and by mistake pulled out some ivy growing on a part of her house. Of course, I responded quickly to this situation, doing all that I could do. This was an area approximately 10' high and maybe 15' long. This incident occurred on October 6, 2007. On October 12, 2007 , I spent over $500 on fake ivy that I purchased from "Michaels" and I had 3 guys here for over two hours installing this and remulching her beds at no charge of course. It wasn't real, but it did look nice. I had communicated with this client numerous times, and I said that we would replant Ivy in the early spring. Which we did. We planted new ivy approximately a foot a part and they were about a 10 - 12 inches tall. The trellis was covered with the fake ivy and as the new ivy grows, we would slowly remove the fake stuff. The customer didn't think there was enough ivy replanted, so we added more plants in between. We continued doing service here for a full year with no other issues. We continued to mow, do clean up, and bed maintenance until she had a neighborhood kid begin taking care of her property. Her regular mowing price was our minimum of $35.00. The highest price for a general leaf clean up was a $90 charge (including hauling the debris). This customer liked her shrubs trimmed, beds weeded and mulched. She had this done more times than the "average" customer. The jobs that we did here always looked nice. Beyond ripping out the ivy off the trellis (which was on the side off the driveway), I presumed everything else was fine. In the twenty months that we maintained this house, the homeowner averaged $155.21 / mo including all materials and labor. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and my company. I don't look at Angies List to often. I guess if I had looked at this sooner, I would have responded some time ago. Today is July 15, 2010. I saw this "unhappy" customer and wanted to respond. Thanks, Jerry Boresow, owner Boresow's Lawn Enforcement"
