Weather was a killer, heavy rain for several days put delays on project.  Mike and his crew worked hard and did an outstanding job, I still get complements on how good a job he did.  He was flexible when we would come up with change ideas.  When weather permitted, his crew stayed on job till it was completed.

Work went well.  Company mowed our lawn during the period after our moving out and the new owner moving in.  I drove by after the mowing and all looked good.

Work went almost perfect. Leveling was a problem. Problem cold happen with anyone.

I've used Beck's several times. Good family-owned business. They do what they say they will do at a fair price, which is not cheap, but fair.

The estimate was very thorough- they came and looked at the entire project and gave options.
I paid a deposit first. I think about 3 workers came and dug edging for entire day to prep.
Mulch came another day, and work was done very well. High quality mulch, clean job.
Price would have been much lower without all the labor intensive edging. We had grass invading our beds.

They did a great job.

I have been pleased with them. They show up when they say that they are going to. Their estimates are good and they stick with their bid. It’s a small company. Generally one of the owners comes out to actualy do the bidding and to supervise the crew. I don’t know if the price charged by them was good or not since I didn’t get any competitive bids. I will use their services in the future too.

He has great attention to detail. He may not be the lowest provider but you find you get what you pay for. His employees are responsible.

They did a good job of prepareing the spot but we were not happy with the choice of plants because several of them died .They did not seem to knowledgable about the types that would grow in wet ground.

I'd hoped to get more guidance from Mike about plants to select and what their characteristics are, but he directed me to the rainkc.com website, as he hadn't much experience with rain or butterfly-specific gardens, and I really had to do more research on plants suitable for both a rain and butterfly garden. When I went to Suburban to look at the plants we'd discussed over the phone, I found similar but more interesting ones that I preferred, so he allowed me to specify those. I was glad that I'd gone to look before getting the first selections planted. The work was done in one day, on the day that I'd been told, very professionally. The workers were very respectful about following requests that I made on placing some stepping stones, placement of plants, leaving an area for a water bowl, and shaping a small 'trough' to continue to channel water into this area of the yard.

Mitch was easy to work with and professional. He had several suggestions on what to do and didn't do anything with out my permission. They went above and beyond what they said they were going to do by removing some yard debris and cleaned up a side garden that needed a lot of TLC for no extra charge. Later he called to make sure everything was to my specifications. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would use them again if needed.
