They were very prompt.  They worked silently, quickly and cleanly.  They were very nice people.

He works out of his truck. He comes to you. I have used him about 5 or 6 times. I had him, do some repairs in that house that I sold. He is super cheap and he didn’t have to make a key or anything. It was a little part that was broken in the door. The door was really old, they didn’t make that part anymore and he came up with another little idea as to fix the door. He was very creative. He fixed the door in 20 minutes and charged me about $ 20. He is probably in his late 70’s. He is retired. He retired 15 years ago but people continued to call because they have used him for many years. They still have his number. When I was looking for a lock smith I went back to the old bill and found his number that way. He wasn’t listed in the yellow pages or anything like that. Every time I call him, he’s here within 20 minutes. He’s got limits and I don’t know if he would come to where I live now. He works out of his truck and lives at Shawnee. He can get all the business he wants driving 5 to 10 miles. He is not going to go 40 miles across town because he has to charge me more. I would use him again if he comes to my new house. I would call him first.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, DID NICE WORK, AND CAME BACK A SECOND TIME (DID NOT CHARGE A SECOND TRIP CHARGE) WHEN WE FORGOT TO TELL THEM ABOUT A LOCK THAT NEEDED TO BE REKEYED.

CAME TO OUR HOME AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED TO CHANGE OUT ALL THE DEADBOLTS.
