Auto Sales
We purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger for my son from ARC Auto Sales on 6/15/11. On 6/18, the transmission went out and the skid plate fell off. I went to ARC on 6/20 to let them know about the problem. They said they wouldn’t cover the repairs because the truck had gone off road. My son took the truck to an independent transmission specialist who told him the transmission looks like it had been having problems before we even got bought it.
