THEY NOT ONLY DID WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO, THEY DEALT WITH US HONESTLY AND FRANKLY. WE WERE NERVOUS FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS. THEY HONESTLY TOLD US WHAT CONDITION THE HOUSE WAS IN, AND TOLD US WHAT THEY WOULD DO IF IT WAS THEM PURCHASING THE HOUSE. WE FELT REALLY GOOD ABOUT THE WORK THEY DID AND THE RESULTS OF THE INSPECTION AND APPRAISAL. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF WE BUY ANOTHER HOUSE.
