They take great pride in their work, they are craftsmen not installers.
I have a large round step that other installers were going to use vinyl trim or cut pieces to turn it onto a octagonal step. Not Mark, he custom crafted a wooden step edge that matched the existing curve edge and it looks fantastic!
The rest of the floor looks looks great too.
Mark is punctual and easy to work with.
The team was always on time, and cleaned up stacked their tools in one room out of the way at the end of each day. They were clean cut, well mannered and I had no concerns with them being in our home for the week it took to install all of the flooring.
