On Mollys end, everything went very well! Our house we were selling was not in the greatest of conditions, yet she did everything she could to get it sold, and happened quickly. The closing of the house had snags brought by the buyers, not Molly, but she handled it swiftly and professionally, and got us into the house of our dreams! If i were to ever move again, i wouldnt hesitate to hire again and recommend her to all family and friends!

Fantastic. As a first time buyer, I felt very lost at times in the process. Molly did a great job walking me through each and every step (even if it seemed like something simple). I was amazed how patient Molly stayed with me, as the process was longer than expected (not to her fault), and I'm sure at times I seemed a bit... picky. Our patience through the process ultimately paid off, as I bought a new home for a great price and have been extremely happy with it since. On top of her great service, Molly also knows many people in all of the industries that a new home buyer will need to be in contact with. This is certainly helpful, as picking and choosing vendors to work with can be a stressful experience. Having her recommendations helps tremendously.

Everything went excellent! My husband and I were looking for a house during peak season when houses were selling in just a couple hours of going on the market. She was quick getting us in to see new listings that fit with our desired criteria. She listened to us and picked up on likes and dislikes we didn't even know we had. She walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood everything. We always felt important. I would highly recommend Molly as your realtor!

Very well. Easy to work with, personable, and on-time. Molly had reasonably good hours and was able to fit in "last minute" tours during a time where the market moved fast. She kept us in high hopes, encouraging us to keep looking until we found the right place. This involved many home tours across numerous weeks of her time spent with us. Eventually, persistence paid off. She helped us get to where we wanted to be, and we are incredibly fortunate for our new home.
