Everything went well. I would give their professionalism, quality of work, etc. an "A" grade. The only thing that I would not give them an "A" for was the friendliness of the personnel I dealt with. They were courteous and professional but lacked warmth - just not very friendly. I would give them a "C" on this aspect.

First visit for estimate went well. They said they would call later with appointment but did not. When I called, I got a reasonable appointment time. The repair took a few days longer than anticipated, they said a part was late and would arrive soon, which it did. They also said the insurer did not authorize payment sufficient to replace the bumper but that it looked bad due to accident related damage and prior unrelated curb scrape damage. They sent pictures. We resolved this situation as they agreed to paint over the damaged areas. This they but when I got home with the car the bright light of day revealed some prominent unpainted spots. I called, took the car back and they covered them, a satisfactory result but not what I had expected based on previous experience with this provider.

They were on time which was the main thing. It was what I expected and there was no need to take it back for them to do what needed to be done the first time. They are easy to work with and they give you a quote which they stick by. That was good.

I was referred here by the BMW dealership, and the work they did was very good. Would definitely use again. Only complaint was that it took a while. Some parts had to be ordered, and the wrong ones came, so it ended up taking a couple weeks longer than expected. Not sure who's fault it was, but was very pleased with the end result.

There work was performed to perfection -- like new. I am a repeat customer and will go to them again if I am ever rear-ended again.

My car is silver, and my primary concerns were that the new paint would match the existing, and that it would be properly blended into the quarter panel. The shop did an outstanding job. Also, the work was completed when promised, and the company representative with whom I worked, Mike Disanto, was courteous and professional. On top of that, the repair facility was clean and comfortable.
