They came about 9:30 and laid the pad and configured the carpet( we have an odd shaped bedroom).  while the carpet was laid by Ryan his helper cut and placed the glass tile for the backsplash.  They went to lunch at 12.  They got the grout and returned to grout the tile.   I know where the carpet was pieced but can not see the join.  They were professional and neat.
