During your inspection, Cody will guide you through the home, identifying the areas for concern, answering questions, and educating you about the specific components of your home. In addition, he will prepare a full, written report with photos, descriptions, and recommendations. The home inspection is a visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are readily accessible. This includes: · Cooling System · Electrical System · Exterior and Interior Components · Foundations · Heating System · Plumbing System · Roof Coverings · Structural Components All Angles Home Inspections, LLC. offers new construction inspections, one year builder warranty inspections, pre-listing inspections, radon testing, and residential home inspections.
