They were swamped, but they were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty component (a capacitor), and had the system up and running in less than an hour. Since the temperature was nearly a hundred degrees, my family and I were extremely pleased and appreciative!
