The experience was nice & easy. Called smoky valley appliance talked to Jeremy & he came out within a day. He looked at ice maker, told me how much it would be to fix it. Then he fixed it & it works great. Then he installed frig and dishwasher. Gave me the bill right then so I could pay him. Very professional and polite.

Excellent - was on time (I was 20 min late). He waited paitently. Got the washing machine fixed in no time at a reasonable rate!

Talking with the company, I described the problem and they ordered a new ice maker to replace ours. When it came in, they called us and set up a time. Jeremy was punctual (even early), professional and knowledgeable. It is so nice to be able to recommend a company after having a really good experience.
