Superb service that cost much less than another service provider. I was very pleased with the serviceman and his attention to professionalism and service. He came later than expected - after 5:00 - but he still came. He had my furnace up an running that night. I was very happy!

Last week a capacitor burned out on the compressor of my elderly in-law's central AC, and another shop replaced it. Then on Saturday? the compressor burned out and the other shop said they would send someone on Monday. That person wanted to sell an entire new central air unit, either their low-priced one for maybe $3000, a better one for $6000 or an AC plus furnace for $9000. We needed prompt service as my in-law is quite elderly, and shopped for faster and more reasonable service. Pestinger sent a technician on Tuesday afternoon and got the compressor installed, recharged and working by evening. Our family much appreciates the speed and responsiveness, as well as the focus on what was needed instead of what a sales person wanted to sell. Great customer service!

We called with an issue and within 4 hours it was fixed and cleaned up. He also offered advice on bow to easily rectify another potential issue. The serviceman was professional and courteous. Price was reasonable for the job.

System was not cooling the house. They said they would schedule us for a system check and see what showed up.

We have worked with this business for a number of years now. Before we had service calls multiple time a cooling season and most heating seasons at least one. We brought Pestinger in and now our heating and cooling are adequate despite our system not being the best.

Excellent experience! Pestinger left us an invoice, which is almost unheard of in today's business world. They earned our trust from the very first interaction with them. One never seems to have heat and air problems during regular business hours, so their quick response was so appreciated.
