I called to inquire what to do about my failed ignition. They gave me suggestions on what to try in order to avoid a tow charge.
After unsuccessfully trying their suggestions, I called them back and asked if they could recommend a tow service.
They gave me contact info for the service they use. I called the service and they arrived at my home promptly.
The tow operator was very courteous and pushed my car all the way down the driveway to the street.
Mcelderry fully explained my options when I called them. I elected to have them send the ignition to a locksmith to be rebuilt.
They had the rebuilt ignition installed the next day. It cost me less than half what a new one would have cost.
They have excellent customer service.

Just a couple weeks ago I asked them to drive my car to see what the condition of the clutch was.
Mcelderry drove the car, told me the clutch pedal was adjusted too high and that it would take about 15 minutes to complete the adjustment.
I think Mcelderry Auto Repair is fabulous. I will not willingly go any place else for auto work or maintenence ever again.
