Martin walked us through everything him and his employees was going to do on the house and garage. Showed me all the paperwork and didn't hide anything, nor did I have any extra cost that I wasn't told about up front. It was very hot while they were working on my home, but Martin and his team was their. The insulation board went up good, everything from the old 1970 siding was covered. Loux started my windows first and once they were wrapped and sealed, then the fascia and soffit. The day to day process went very well. What impressed my wife and I, before Loux left my home, they cleaned up every piece of scrap material that was on the grass, everything put in a certain area so it didn't look like a construction yard. Once I seen how nice my house was looking, I then notice how much of an eye sore it was on my garage. I was just going to have the house sided, but Martin gave me a good price on siding, fascia and soffit on the garage I couldn't turn it down. On my home, we had old spot light assembly on the corner of the house and two old light fixtures on the garage. I advised Martin that I wanted them taken down and replaced. Martin didn't charge me for the new installation of lights. When my house and garage was done, I decided to go buy new steel doors and screens for the front and back on my home. I asked Martin if he could install them for me, and he said yes he could. I felt bad, because I should have bought them before they started the siding. Overall performance and daily work, I am very impressed with Loux Home Improvements job, professionalism, quality of work, customer satisfaction and overall respectful of my property. After the job was done, Martin and I walked around the house and garage to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. If anyone is looking to get siding, windows, fascia and soffit done, please feel free to drive by my house and check out the work that Loux Home Improvements did. I have recently got a bid from Loux to re-roof my house and gargage.
