Drains Plus was fairly busy today so while I called in the morning they were not able to come out until mid afternoon. They did advise me that they were that busy however, and called before they headed my way.
The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional and fixed the problem right away.

They are very prompt and work hard to keep the interior of the house clean when working. I think that they do a great job! I would recommend them for plumbing issues.

I came home to water leaking into my dining room ceiling from my upstairs bathroom, which was under construction. I called 6 plumbers before Drains Plus finally answered. He had a plumber out to my house within a couple of hours. The problem was fixed in about 15 or 20 minutes. I hope I don't ever need an emergency plumber again, but would call them again! I also asked for an estimate on finishing the work in my bathroom.

Tech replaced the toliets. I had a leak in one so tech had to come back out. The downstairs one started to rock so he came out to fix this also. I explain that i just want it done correctly and that I didnt mind paying for it. Now the room smells like a sewer everytime my atic vent is turn on. Never did this before. Owner came out to tell me it was in the walls. I told the owner i would make him a deal if it was in the walls i would pay for it and if it wasnt then he would. He never did take me up on it. Looking for another plumber now.
