The work took longer than promised. They did not check the Service Engine light as requested. The transmission leaked oil after the work. The new oil in the crankcase was not full when I checked it at home.
The only reason I went to this business in the first place is because they are an authorized Honda dealer and thought I would get good service. I was very disappointed. The only other time I went to this business was to have a Honda ignition key made. They got that right but it was expensive.
If you need a Honda dealership I would suggest you shop around.

It went well. They were ready when the appointment was scheduled, and performed the service (2 years free with purchase of the car) professionally. I have bought two cars at Conklin's and have been pleased with the transactions and with the service.

I was able to drop off my vehicle early and pick it up after work. Got a phone call when they had finished and one of the employees even scraped ice from my windows.

We purchased our car at Conklin Cars and take it their for servicing. The only reason we take it there is because that is where the warranty is valid. They are nice and professional. They have a nice waiting area with an area for kids to play.

i went in there and i waited for maybe 10-20 minutes to be helped i didnt mind that at all, Because the guy who was helping me looked really busy, and he was very apolgetic just for the short time i waited and you dont get that very you usually get to see the people taking thier time and not caring about how your waiting. and then when he was finished he asked me nice and respectfully what he can help me with and i told him that i got a 01 Dodge stratus i have taken it to three places and noone would really help me and he asked to pull into the garage and he would a take a look. The job took 10 minutes tops i was very happy to have FINALLY a working head-light i HIGHLY recomand conklin cars they excellent people.
