For more than 9 years, Katie has been supporting individuals, leaders, teams and organizations in reaching their goals. Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Katie views life through a systemic lens. She started her career in Behavioral Healthcare and has proven to be a valuable asset to every organization she has been a part of. Katie obtained her MBA in 2015 with a goal of positively impacting organizations through leadership. She is also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC). Her diverse training and career experience inspired the holistic approach Katie uses. Due to Katie's blended psychological and business background, she has the ability to lay a unique set of eyes on people and organizations.
