Great, Richard is very nice and very helpful. Once we accepted his quote he sprayed the next day and checked back to see how things were going. We visited about areas I wanted to make changes and was considering sod. He advised how to install it myself and how to water it then delivered the sod I needed at his cost. I would definitely use him again if we hadn't moved.

Rich is amazing. In one visit, he conquered our weed problem, made suggestions and has returned to do more lawn work for us. He is knowledgeable, and very friendly. Rich gave us some very good suggestions about landscaping, tree trimming and we will have him help us with those suggestions. His pricing is very reasonable. We can not say enough good things about Rich and his lawn service. He is a busy guy, so it may take a short while for him to get back with you, but the wait is worth it. We would give him a grade of A+ if it were a choice.

We were contacted by Richard Parker, owner of RichLawns, while he was mowing the lawn next door. He offered us a very good price for regular service. They do an outstanding job and only come when needed. In other words, they don't show up every week, just because it is Tuesday. While we do not have a large yard, he treats it the same as he would a full acre. Also because we travel occasionally, he comes to do the yard and waits until we return to get paid. I intend to keep using him as long as he is willing.

Richard Parker is the owner and he is very personable. He answers his own phone calls and responds to requests for service in a timely manner, weather permitting.
