I ordered a new light switch for my wall, and when I did not feel comfortable installing it myself, I looked online for an electrician. Immediately Jay from Triple Threat Electric Contacted me. I decided to give him a try, and Iâ m glad that I did. It turns out that I ordered the wrong switch, and Jay showed me what I needed to get. He came back the next day and installed my three-way light switch in a very short time. Not only was he prompt in coming back out, he completed the job in a timely manner and he did not over charge me. I would not hesitate using him again and I highly recommend him.

Jay texted to share that he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment time. He had shared his favorable rates ahead of time via phone, and we weren't charged anything extra beyond his quote. The work was done expediently, and he explained why parts needed replacement. I especially liked that he only charges his visit fee once, and subsequent appointments don't incur a visit fee.
